HR Director & Head of Philippines Operation
Tina is responsible for managing our global knowledge/business process outsourcing practices. She brings nearly a decade of experience in process outsourcing, with special expertise in marketing and healthcare segments.
This gives her a very unique blend of marketing and operational experience helping organization with marketing and design & implement complex business processes worldwide. She is quite experienced in setting up and managing operations in Americas, Philippines and India.
She also holds additional responsibilities to manage Philippines operations ensuring success of the global customer contact center and offshore workforce. Prior to Compvue, Tina worked with Siscom, as a Voice and Accent Trainer, teaching communication and behavioral skills to young BPO aspirants. She also worked with Red-Egg, holding responsible positions in marketing and business development.
Tina is a first-class graduate from Anna University, specializing in Computer Science and Engineering. She also holds an MBA, Marketing from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore.
