Advisory BoardBruce Mackinlay Mr. Mackinlay, being a front runner and a decision maker for over three decades in financial services and information technology, has held numerous roles as a senior executive, advisor, CIO, CTO and chief security & compliance officer. In his current role, he is instrumental in transforming manual collection/ debt recovery processes to a highly innovative automated collection system demonstrating his leadership and abilities in transforming an organization to be competitive, innovative and cost optimized. Prior to joining Performant, Mr. Mackinlay served as a Vice President of Research and Development for a consulting firm specializing in mini- and micro-computers. He is known for his creativity, technology & business leadership, program management, information technology governance/security compliance for federal/ state governments and government contracts management. Mr. Mackinlay also leads Performant's Intellectual Property efforts that led to two technology patents and eight other patents currently pending for approval. David Woodward David is a highly experienced international lecturer and facilitator. His career has been mainly in two parts. In the first, he focused on developing systems with information technology and in the second, he focused on developing people and developing organizations as a coach, facilitator and seminar leader. He has consulted and lectured on a range of subjects, and has taught at several British business schools, including the oldest, Henley Business School of Reading University, and one of the newest, Oxford. At Henley, he was an associate member of the information management faculty, but also led seminars on creativity and innovation and advanced communication. At Oxford, he was a guest lecturer and tutor on the innovation and entrepreneurship module of their MBA program. Previously David spent six years working for Right Management, a worldwide Change and HR Consulting business as a Vice President, based in their Silicon Valley office. He provided practice leadership in several subject areas including entrepreneurship. With a rich and varied background, he provided high quality and insightful service to Right’s clients. His Communicating Power workshops are the practical application of research carried out at Oxford University and dramatically demonstrate how to maximize the impact of presentations and other oral communication. David has a Masters from Henley Management College/Brunel University, England. |
